Quality Control

Input raw materials are checked

  • Paper / Board for GSM, grain direction and visual aspect.
  • Ink for shade, tack and grinding
  • Adhesive – Visocity, Fibre tear, Tack
  • Film – Thickness, Micron, Weight, Stickness

Quality Checked during the production

  • Before production the sample is given for approval to the production in charge. The sample is matched with the approved copy for registration, color shade and paper thickness. After approval production run is taken.
  • During production run a sheet is taken out from every 50 sheets (apprx) and checked with approved sample by the supervisor in the shift. The production in charge checks the sheets every ten minutes.
  • The lot is sorted after print production for any defects. Any defective sheet is removed before any further processing.
  • After Varnishing / Lamination the material is again checked for defects and defective sheet are removed.
  • The cut / punched material is checked for cutting / punching defects and sorted.

Outgoing

Before dispatching the materials are checked for paper thickness, colour shade / punching defects, grain direction
and any special checks are required for the job. Quality assurance certificate is given with all Challan following the
AQL Systems.

Frequency of testing

  • Every 50 sheets by the supervisor.
  • Every 20 minutes by the production in charge
